How do I send you my documents?
The best way is via e-mail. We accept texts in any format. In case of documents that need to be certified you will need to send them to us by post.
What file formats are acceptable?
Documents can be submitted in any file format, e. g. MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), PDF to name the most common ones.
How long will my translation take?
Each project is unique and requires different amount of time. Our aim is to meet our clients’ needs and deliver the translation as soon as possible. Please, contact one of our managers for a time estimate.
Will the translator be translating into his own language?
Yes, all our translations are handled by mother tongues only.
Can my document be certified?
We provide certified translations of various documents, e. g. birth certificates, marriage certificates, school certificates, diplomas, mostly personal documents.
How do I find out how much my translation will cost?
Ask for a free quote by filling in a simple form; our project managers will provide you with the quote as soon as possible.
Are there any additional costs such as “rush” charges?
In case of requirements shorter than 24, we usually add 25% or 50% extra charge. However, our regular clients do take an advantage of no extra charges at all.
Can I pay via PayPal?
Yes, we accept payments via bank transfer or PayPal.
What are CAT tools? Does computer translation not affect the target texts in a bad way? Does it still read naturally?
By contrast, the translation still is done by a translator. CAT tools (= Computer Aided Translation tools), help the translator work faster and more accurately, regardless the format submitted. Thanks to CAT tools we can create a database of your particular terminology and remember it for all your next requirements.
Are there any discounts available, e. g. a volume discount?
Please, ask for a quantity discount in case your translation contains over 5,000 words.
